John Purcell Paper A5 Watercolour Sketchbook

John Purcell Paper produce their own sketchbooks. I used this one for the “Sketch and Sail” adventure in September 2023. It is their stock code SK530N “Black Cover with a blue spine” – 100% Cotton Mould Made Watercolour Paper 300gsm

  • Endpapers: none (watercolour paper fastened to covers)

This was an excellent choice. The book is tough, and the paper is thick enough to take a lot of water. The covers are stiff. There are plenty of pages. It’s proper watercolour paper, and takes multiple layers of paint. It was very good value for money, about £15.
